As more businesses start going digital, there is a need to marry expectations between companies that are just starting to go digital, new job seekers and those who are switching mid-career.
FirstCom Solutions was invited by e2i to share with potential candidates on what to expect when entering the digital sector. Topics covered included: hiring expectations, job functions, possible challenges they are likely to face in the digital sector and in-demand skills/attitude to succeed in the industry. Our head of Digital Marketing, Grace, shared her journey and experience in hiring, grooming and retaining talent for the role. We’re sure it was an eye-opening experience for new candidates and glad to have provided a bit of industry insight to newcomers who wish to join the industry.
