Heng Foh Tong is a multi-generation, family-run Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hall that’s been serving residents in Bukit Batok for over 63 years. They engaged FirstCom to build an online presence in order to reach out to more customers and adapt to new consumer patterns in the face of dwindling foot traffic.
Upon the launch of their website, Heng Foh Tong is now one of the first mom-and-pop TCM stores in Singapore to digitise and evolve their business. They were featured on Channel Newsasia, with the news programme highlighting how the owners have adopted cashless payments and are now making use of the internet to fulfill orders online.
