Receive a one-time Payment of Up to S$10,000
The Digital Resilience Bonus (DRB) aims to uplift the digital capabilities of Food and Retail enterprises by encouraging businesses to adopt approved digital solutions that improve their competitiveness and productivity in the post-circuit breaker economy. In an environment where walk-in traffic and offline revenue are reduced, the DRB is a one-time payout on top of the digitization solutions provided under the SMEs Go Digital Programme.

The payouts are split into 3 categories depending on the type of digital solution adopted. Businesses must first have PayNow Corporate and e-invoicing before implementing digital solutions in: Business Processes, Digital Presence, Data Mining & Analytics.

DBS Temporary Bridging Loan
To help businesses tide over COVID-19, DBS is providing relief assistance for businesses affected by COVID-19 via a temporary bridging loan. Get working capital to cover short-term cash flow gaps in your daily operations.
Access collateral-free funding of up to S$5,000,000 with a flexible repayment period of up to 5 years. Service only interest for the first 12 months. The temporary bridging loan is available until 31 March 2021.

Businesses must be registered and operating in Singapore with at least 30% local shareholding to borrow up to S$5,000,000*.

1. What is the eligibility criteria for DRB?
Food services and retail enterprises incorporated before 26 May 2020 with an active PayNow Corporate account as well as registered UEN on the Peppol e-invoicing network are automatically eligible.
2. Do I need to apply for the DRB myself?
FirstCom Solutions will submit your UEN to IMDA if you’ve engaged our services between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2021.

IMDA will credit your eligible bonus into your PayNow Corporate account.
3. When can I expect to receive my payouts?
According to IMDA, payouts to qualified enterprises will start from August 2020, with a 1-month processing time upon successful submission of UEN.
4. What category of digital solutions does FirstCom Solution’s DRB package fall under?
The DRB package falls under Category 1 and 2 and is eligible for a bonus payout of $5,000.
