Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative marketing strategy and implement marketing plans on Google for clients
  • Conduct keywords research and understand client’s business goals and marketing objectives to drive their business forward.
  • Set up clients’ Google ads campaigns, settings, ads, keywords and bid strategy
  • Work with a team of designers and studio content team to provide compelling creative artworks and videos
  • Develop, execute, and monitor initiatives to increase conversions, revenue and profitability on Google Ads
  • Prepare reports on a fortnightly and monthly basis to be shared with client and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for the initiation and day-to-day supervision of multiple client campaigns
  • Accountable for campaign performance and communication with clients
  • Strengthen and relationships with existing key clients

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics certified individuals preferred
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with passion on data analytics
  • Passionate on digital marketing
  • Able to work independently with little supervision while meeting expectations
  • Meticulous with details, excellent design sense
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop practical solutions, willing to learn and adapt to new changes
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice
