Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative marketing strategy and implement marketing plans on Google for FirstCom’s in-house brands
- Conduct keywords research and understand client’s business goals and marketing objectives to drive their business forward.
- Set up Google ads campaigns, settings, ads, keywords and bid strategy
- Work with a team of designers and studio content team to provide compelling creative artworks and videos
- Develop, execute, and monitor initiatives to increase conversions, revenue and profitability on Google Ads
- Prepare reports on a fortnightly and monthly basis to be shared with client and identifying areas for improvement.
- Responsible for the initiation and day-to-day supervision of multiple client campaigns
- Accountable for campaign performance and communication with clients
- Strengthen and relationships with existing key clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Google Ads & Google Analytics certified individuals preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with passion on data analytics
- Passionate on digital marketing
- Able to work independently with little supervision while meeting expectations
- Meticulous with details, excellent design sense
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to develop practical solutions, willing to learn and adapt to new changes
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
