HR Executive

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in HR functions (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and training)
  • Internship application and grant claims
  • Employee Work pass matters (New applications & renewals)
  • Explore government grant entitlements/incentives
  • Follow up and on-time submission of existing grants
  • Monthly checking of employee claims for disbursement
  • Staff welfare and benefits
  • Attendance taking
  • Organising company events
  • Monthly calculation of OT and processing of payroll
  • IR8A and IR21 submissions
  • Respond to disciplinary, safety and security issues and administer the company policies
  • Provide administrative support to managers and management


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related specialization
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Knowledge in SMEpayroll
  • Meticulous and organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
