HR Executive
Job Responsibility
- Assist in HR functions (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and training)
- Internship application and grant claims
- Employee Work pass matters (New applications & renewals)
- Explore government grant entitlements/incentives
- Follow up and on-time submission of existing grants
- Monthly checking of employee claims for disbursement
- Staff welfare and benefits
- Attendance taking
- Organising company events
- Monthly calculation of OT and processing of payroll
- IR8A and IR21 submissions
- Respond to disciplinary, safety and security issues and administer the company policies
- Provide administrative support to managers and management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related specialization
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Knowledge in SMEpayroll
- Meticulous and organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
