HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Job Responsibilities

  • Part of the talent acquisition team to manage end to end recruitment cycle
  • Proactive outreach to IT talent from various platforms
  • Source and recruit candidates by using various recruitment portals or social media
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
  • Monitor recruitment performance and contribute in process improvements
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Performing phone screening before arranging for face to face interview
  • Coordinating interview with hiring managers
  • Administering appropriate company assessments to candidates
  • Support the company’s human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency)
  • Prior experience in recruiting for ICT/Tech roles would be preferred
  • Hands on experience with various selection process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a high performance, fast paced environment
