Admin Executive (Full-Time & Trainee)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and operations division
  • Prepare & process documents for internal submission
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely submission & generating monthly reports
  • Co-ordinates daily operational activities
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Process daily order, issue invoice/purchase order
  • Answer clients’ enquiries when required
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” levels
  • Preferably experienced in administrative role
  • Meticulous, Responsible, Has Initiative and is Organized
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work well with relevant personnel at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Words, Excel)
  • Able to start work within short notice
