Today, FirstCom Solutions hosted a training session for consultants from the Digital Project Management Services (DPMS) arm of Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF).
DPMS is a program that facilitates the digitisation of SME business processes, and consultants from the program, known as Digital Project Managers (DPM) handle the short-term implementation and management of long-term digital solutions of a project.
Their experience in guiding SME business owners through the challenges of the digitisation process is invaluable — which is why FirstCom is working closely with DPMS to ensure our SME clients can enjoy a smooth transition and guidance for their digital projects. The training was a great success, with both parties exchanging many useful tips on how to streamline business processes for successful digitisation!
