COVID-19: FirstCom Solutions partners with DBS to enable Digital Relief Solutions for F&B SMEs
F&B establishments are facing fewer customers and dwindling business during the coronavirus outbreak. In light of the most recent measures to limit gatherings outside work/school to 10 persons or fewer, and for entertainment outlets to reduce crowd density — F&B firms can no longer rely on walk-ins and must explore alternative solutions to maintain their business during these challenging times.
Fortunately, DBS has announced a new F&B Digital Relief Package to enable businesses to set up an online food ordering site in just 3 business days. FirstCom will be providing digital agency support for the Digital Relief Package in the form of an exclusive digital marketing package at $3,000 with $1,000 free media budget for Facebook ads.
The Digital Relief Package aims to help the industry go online and cater to the growing need for food delivery and takeaway. It is supported by IMDA and Enterprise Singapore.
As part of the partnership, FirstCom will also be integrating DBS Max as a payment/collection option in our e-commerce solutions. FirstCom customers who select DBS Max will have no set-up cost and a waiver of merchant discount rates for six months.
