We were then met by their Hosting and Maintenance team but the key person is Chen Weili, Jacob. He has been so patient to attend to our queries and as we wanted the best for the website, we made changes and then changes until it looked good and met our expectations. Never once did he tick us off nor was he annoyed by our “fickleness” in making page changes. Sometimes when there the problems arising that you can truly see how a vendor is sincere in their provision of services. It is good to work with Jacob who even took his weekends to respond to us. I hope to see him grow and gain more customers who will continue to engage his services in the long run. We have had used a few companies to do up my website but were not too happy with their understanding of our needs. It was until Firstcom made a cold call to us and pitched their services. We found their presentation and pricing reasonable (even with the Grant) and signed on with them.
We were then met by their Hosting and Maintenance team but the key person is Chen Weili, Jacob. He has been so patient to attend to our queries and as we wanted the best for the website, we made changes and then changes until it looked good and met our expectations. Never once did he tick us off nor was he annoyed by our “fickleness” in making page changes. Sometimes when there the problems arising that you can truly see how a vendor is sincere in their provision of services. It is good to work with Jacob who even took his weekends to respond to us. I hope to see him grow and gain more customers who will continue to engage his services in the long run.
