OUR MILESTONE
FirstCom Solutions started its business in telecommunication and web hosting related services.
- We established a contract with M1 as Corporate Channel Partner.
- Our team expanded to deliver basic websites and provided an extended range of website related solutions.
- FirstCom emerged as the Top Fixed Services Provider awarded by M1.
- We delivered our first 500 websites and on boarded many SMEs onto our web hosting and maintenance services.
- FirstCom shifted from our very first office at Macpherson Road to a new 7000 sqft office at Kallang Pudding.
- FirstCom was awarded Singapore Top SME Achiever Award 2015.
- FirstCom shifted to a new 14,000 sqft office at Kallang Way with a more spacious and conducive environment for all the staff.
FirstCom started to expand our services to cater to more clients. This includes creation of more customised systems to improve individual company’s productivity.
- FirstCom was identified and awarded as Top 500 Promising SME 2013.
- FirstCom delivered more than 2,500 web solutions for SMEs and MNCs from all walks of industry.
- FirstCom was awarded as Google Partner and started to provide Digital Marketing Solutions to help customers who develop their web solutions with us reap more benefits from the growing digital community. We see going digital as a key direction in our industry.
- FirstCom delivered more than 3,000 web solutions for SMEs and MNCs from all walks of industry.
FirstCom was awarded the NDP 2017 Project and we are proud to be able to contribute to our Nation.
- FirstCom was awarded the NDP 2018 Project and we are very thankful to have the trust of our Nation once again.
- FirstCom started our partnership with StarHub’s SME Team and awarded as Gold Partner.
- FirstCom was also the first vendor in Singapore to be Pre-approved under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) scheme to help SME(s) Go Digital.
- Received the SME100 award in recognition of outstanding business growth and resilience.
- Received the Marketing Interaction 2021 Finalist Award.
- FirstCom delivered more than 5,500 web solutions for SMEs and MNCs from all walks of industry.
- Assisted another 193 F&B businesses with our digital marketing programme during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Developed an Omni-Channel Integrated Point of Sale Solution for the F&B Industry (the first in the market!) in collaboration with DBS Bank and IMDA.
- FirstCom revamped our existing office, redesigning the space to accommodate our growth.
- Awarded the NDP project for a fourth consecutive year.
- Assisted over 400 retail and F&B businesses with our digital marketing programme during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- FirstCom was awarded the NDP 2019 project again this year and we are happy to be able to continue serving our Nation.
- FirstCom did some renovations to improve the working environment for all staffs and improved our facilities to include a new lounge area, football table, vending machine and basketball machine.
- Awarded the NDP project for a third consecutive year.
